S H E R R Y
Owner
Sherry is the founder and President of Pet Styling by Sherry, Inc.  She was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio.  In 1978 she started learning how to groom at a vocational school that taught small animal care, pet shop management and veterinary care.  In 1980 she moved to Houston, TX where she groomed in several different locations before opening Pet Styling by Sherry in 1997.  The company was just a grooming salon at first, but in 2000 she moved to the current location and started offering boarding and daycare services.  Sherry is a member of the International Society of Canine Cosmetologists and is certified through the National Dog Groomers Association of America in Sporting, Non-Sporting and Terrier groups.  Sherry's favorite groom is a poodle pattern with scissor work.  Her favorite breed is the Standard Poodle, but most of all, Sherry loves cats!  Sherry has been married to her wonderful husband Mark for over 15 years and together they enjoy the outdoors by boating, fishing, and camping.   She has two dogs:  Jazz (an Irish Setter) and Maverick (an English Springer Spaniel), and three cats: Merlin, Magic, and Bernie.  Sherry no longer grooms here at Pet Styling by Sherry, she just enjoys being the proud owner of Houston's best grooming, boarding, daycare and training facility!

M I C H E L L E
Office Manager
Michelle has been with us since June of 2005.  She has two children, and a cat named Charlotte.  Michelle was born in California, raised in Massachusetts and moved to Houston in 1983.   Michelle has eight years of veterinary experience and enjoys working with animals, especially cats. Her favorite breed is the English Bull Dog and although she does not currently own one, she has in the past and would love to have another one someday.  When she's not at work she likes to spend time with her children.

Michelle is here Monday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

R O B I N
Operations Manager
Robin has worked for Sherry since 2003.  She has many children (the four-legged kind), both in and out of the shop: Annie (a lurcher), Ruby (a Chihuahua), Luca (a Shiba Inu), Jag (a standard poodle, aka the Shop Dog), and Diego & Adena (2 tabby kitties).  Robin's favorite breeds are the Shiba Inu and the Standard Poodle.  Robin got her B.S. in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M in 2005.  Robin has a passion for animals and dedicates a lot of her time to rescuing and fostering homeless pets.  When Robin is not working or rescuing animals, she enjoys traveling, working out, reading and spending time with her friends and family.

Robin is here Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday.

S T E P H A N I E
Receptionist
Stephanie joined our team in August of 2007.  She has a nine year old daughter, Hillary, and a min pin named Daisy.  In her free time, Stephanie likes going to the movies and spending time with her friends.  Her favorite breed is the min pin, of course!

K A E L A
Groomer
Kaela has been with us since March of 2002 and started grooming in January of 2004.  Kaela certified in dog and cat CPR and First Aid in 2004.  She also certified in Pet Massage Therapy in 2005 and enjoys grooming the not-so-common breeds.  Some of her favorite grooms are terrier clips and bichon and poodle scissor clips.  Kaela has a 5 year old son named Aiden who shares his mommy's passion for animals.  Kaela also recently had a baby...a beautiful baby girl named Erin Brei!

Kaela grooms Tuesday - Saturday.

M A R Y
Groomer
Mary has been with Pet Styling by Sherry since August of 2005.  Mary has two miniature pinschers: Tator Tot and Scooter, a cat named Leela and a fish named Hank.    Mary is currently working on her bachelors degree in Nutrition and Kinesiology.  In her free time, Mary likes to work out and spend time with her friends.  

Mary grooms Monday - Saturday with Tuesdays off.

K R I S T I
Groomer
Kristi has been with Pet Styling by Sherry since April of 2005.  She has worked in the grooming industry since 2000.  She has three cats: Kashmire, Stash, and Dica.  She enjoys spending her free time with her fiancé, Dusty, and also loves playing with her kitty cats! 

Kristi grooms Monday - Saturday with Wednesdays off.

T R E S S A
Groomer
Tressa groomed here from 2001 - 2005 and now she's back!  She has a wonderful husband, Joe, three children and two step-children.  Tressa loves Mutts and Golden Retrievers!

M A R I A - A N N
Pet Trainer/Daycare Counselor
Maria-Ann has been with us since June of 2005.  She started off working in the kennels and bathing and has since apprenticed under our former certified trainer.  She is now Pet Trainer and our full time daycare counselor.  Maria-Ann has seven dogs: Whitey (a Chihuahua), Radar (a Boston Terrier), Scooter (a Shar Pei mix), Harley (a dachshund), Jenny (a Beagle/Dachshund mix), Zima (a Border Collie mix), and Corona (an Australian Shepherd).  Maria-Ann's favorite breed is the Dachshund.  She enjoys working with livestock and researching on the internet.

J O S H
Daycare Counselor/Kennels
Josh started working for Pet Styling by Sherry in November of 2006.  He runs our daycare program Monday through Saturday and has a magic touch with all dogs.  He has no dogs of his own, but he is a cat lover and has several kitties at home. 

A S H L E Y
Bather/Kennels
Ashley started working for Pet Styling by Sherry in July of 2007.  She is a junior at Cy-Falls High School and plans on pursuing a degree in interior design after she graduates.  She has a cocker spaniel named Zoey and her favorite breed is the maltese.
